All the cooking material has to be supplied by the family hiring them
The cooking work for one meal is usually completed within one hour

This was a good deal, since the customer can sample different items at a low cost.
In contrast if a single meal is ordered, the servings are very large, and it is very difficult to finish them all at a time.
In other countries like New Zealand, most of the bars, hotels are offering special lunch and dinner deals at a lower price.
The hotels should realize that customers will readily purchase a meal costing Rs 200 or so, they will think twice before spending Rs 700 for a single meal
