Restaurant serving extremely spicy food to customers

When younger the domain investor would often eat outside, especially when she had a full time job and would be away from home for more than 14-15 hours daily.
In the last decade, she has noticed that most restaurants and food outlets are serving extremely spicy food to their customers.
The food is so spicy, that the customer finds that their nose is running after eating the food, it is like having a cold.
Additionally after eating spicy food, the customer has to drink a lot of water.
Restaurants and food outlets are increasing their expenses when they add more spices or chilli powder to the food they sell, making it more spicy.
Additionally the customers who do not like spicy food, are not likely to purchase food from the restaurant in future.
It is better to make noodles at home, instead of eating the extremely spicy food at the restaurants food outlets.
